Built in phases to open as quickly as possible ahead of expansion projects, Lehigh Valley Hospital-Hecktown Oaks on Wednesday celebrated its newest additions.

The $10.7 million Phase 3 of the Lehigh Valley Health Network hospital in Lower Nazareth Township features a new 20-bed state-of-the-art intensive care unit opening in July for adults, as well as an outdoor healing garden open now that was built by the John and Margaret Post Foundation with contributions from foundation board members Rich and Heather Villone, of Bushkill Township.
